We are upgrading our elevator in March 2017. The upgrade plan involves two phases to minimize inconvenience for residents.

The elevator will not be in service on the following dates:

Friday, March 17 and Saturday, March 18, 2017 – we will be installing new panels

Monday, March 27 to Wednesday, March 29, 2017 – the fixtures and external buttons will be replaced. A new alert system in case of emergency will also be added, which is required to bring the elevator up to code.

The dates above are set, but please plan for some extra time, just in case.

There will be one more update to be scheduled at a later time. This last update will add an electronic safety edge (i.e. automatic door opener).
