The AGM for Halifax County Condominium Corporation #155 has been set for Tuesday, November 9, 2021, and will be held at the Best Western Chocolate Lake Hotel, 250 St. Margaret’s Bay Road, Halifax. Registration will start at 6:45 PM and the meeting at 7:00 PM.

NovaCorp Properties emailed out the AGM package on October 27, 2021. If you did not receive it, please contact NovaCorp Properties Limited to get your packet.
COVID-19 Protocols:
To meet COVID-19 protocols, all attendees are required to keep 2 metres (6 feet) distance from others and to wear masks for the duration of the meeting. Proof of vaccination with a valid ID must be provided at the door.
Proxies:
Proxy forms for owners who cannot attend are available in the AGM packet sent out or by contacting NovaCorp Properties Limited. Completed proxy forms can be returned to NovaCorp Properties or any member of the board, or brought to the meeting by the person representing you. The quorum for our AGM is 30%.
Nominations:
The board will be looking to fill positions of those current board members who will not be returning to their positions. There are 2 1-year positions coming up this year, and our bylaws also allow for two additional positions. The board is asking for nominations of candidates interested in serving. For those interested in serving, but would like more information, please contact any board member. You may nominate yourself or another unit owner, but please make sure you have the permission of anyone you wish to nominate. Nomination forms have been included in the AGM packet.
