Earlier this year, owners voted on amendments to the condo corporation’s Bylaws and Declaration. NovaCorp Properties communicated the results of the vote to all residents on July 29. As mentioned in that July 29 memo, the Bylaws and Declaration have recently been registered.

Owners were sent amended documents on September 7, 2022, via email.
