Earlier this year, the owners voted on amendments to our Bylaws and Declaration. Part of those amendments included designating our building as officially Smoke-free.

Smoking is now strictly prohibited in units and on common property/elements (including balconies and grounds). The only exemption to this section is a residential unit owner or tenant who declared themselves a tobacco smoker to NovaCorp Properties by August 15th.
