A reminder to all owners that the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for October 20, 2022. Registration will start at 6:45 pm and the meeting will start at 7:00 pm. AGM packages were sent out to owners by email on October 6, 2022. If you have not received your package, please contact NovaCorp Properties.

The meeting will be held in the 2nd-floor elevator lobby. While face masks are not mandatory, Owners who feel more comfortable maintaining COVID-19 protocols are invited to bring their own pen for sign-in, wear a mask and/or maintain physical distancing.

This year, not all Board Members are reoffering. The Board recommends that due consideration be given to the nomination of Owners to fill these vacancies. A nomination form was included in the AGM package. You may nominate yourself or another unit owner. If you wish to nominate another unit owner, please ensure that you have their permission to let their name stand before submitting the nomination form.

For unit owners unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, proxy forms were also included in the AGM package and should be returned to Novacorp Properties Limited, any member of your Board prior to the meeting or brought to the meeting by the person representing you. A quorum representing at least 30% of the building’s comment elements ownership is required for the meeting to take place, therefore it is important that your vote is represented by proxy if you cannot be present.
