A: We follow a hierarchy of rules that start with the Nova Scotia Government’s Condominium Act and its regulations. After that, we have set bylaws passed by the members of HCCC #155 that state how the building will be run, maintained, and used. Finally, we have our declaration that defines the function, powers, and rights of HCCC #155, along with the obligations of the owners.
